The first subscription period and any set-up fee are paid upon enrolment. Thereafter, the service is automatically charged on the first of each month. Each payment is subject to the applicable administration fee.<\/p><p>A Monthly Subscription continues until it is cancelled and the notice period has expired.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba51749 elementor-widget elementor-widget-elementskit-header-info\" data-id=\"ba51749\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"elementskit-header-info.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ekit-wid-con\" >        <ul class=\"ekit-header-info\">\n                                    <li>\n                            <a > \n                                                                2.2 Cash membership                            <\/a>\n                        <\/li>\n\n                            <\/ul>\n        <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77710cd elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"77710cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>When creating a cash membership, including vouchers, the membership and any set-up fee for the entire agreement period are paid in one instalment.<\/p><p>It is not possible to get a partial or full refund on prepaid memberships. Members who are minors can only be enrolled in person. This must be notified to JBG via our website <a href=\"\/en\/membership-on-hold\/\">joesboxinggym.com\/membership-in-bero<\/a>, stating the period for which the subscription is to be suspended. A fee will be charged according to the current prices - see <a href=\"\/en\/membership-on-hold\/\">joesboxinggym.com\/membership-in-bero<\/a>.<\/p><p>Membership can be suspended between 1 and 6 months and will automatically restart at the end of the suspension period.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2722811 elementor-widget elementor-widget-elementskit-header-info\" data-id=\"2722811\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"elementskit-header-info.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ekit-wid-con\" >        <ul class=\"ekit-header-info\">\n                                    <li>\n                            <a > \n                                                                3. A fee to Nets will be added to the subscription price, according to our current price list. If you choose to pay via Betalingsservice, you are committed for 2 months, after which cancellation rules apply.<\/p><p>The period from the creation of the Monthly Subscription until the direct debit agreement comes into effect is paid in cash upon enrolment.<\/p><p>If you do not unsubscribe, your membership will continue automatically.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a70d65e elementor-widget elementor-widget-elementskit-header-info\" data-id=\"a70d65e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"elementskit-header-info.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ekit-wid-con\" >        <ul class=\"ekit-header-info\">\n                                    <li>\n                            <a > \n                                                                4. Cancellation of subscription                            <\/a>\n                        <\/li>\n\n                            <\/ul>\n        <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e9083a elementor-widget elementor-widget-elementskit-header-info\" data-id=\"5e9083a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"elementskit-header-info.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ekit-wid-con\" >        <ul class=\"ekit-header-info\">\n                                    <li>\n                            <a > \n                                                                4.1 Cancellation of monthly subscription                            <\/a>\n                        <\/li>\n\n                            <\/ul>\n        <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1351ad2 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1351ad2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cancellation of monthly subscription must be notified to JBG via our website <a href=\"\/en\/cancellation\/\">joesboxinggym.com\/cancellation<\/a>, including name, email and membership number.<\/p><p>The cancellation terms are current month + 30 days, i.e. the current month plus the following month.<\/p><p>Deletion or rejection of the direct debit agreement at the member's bank is not considered a valid cancellation and the subscription will continue. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that JBG has the member's correct contact information at all times.<\/p><p>The member's personal data is stored in a database to which only JBG employees have access.
