At Joe's Boxing Gym, we take your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains how we process your personal data when you are a member, attend classes, visit our website or otherwise have contact with the club.

  • Date of birth and gender (for membership management)
  • Payment details (when paying membership fees)
  • Health information if you provide it yourself (e.g. injuries or special considerations in training)
  • Pictures/video from training or events (only if you have given consent)
  • Membership and payment management
  • Planning and execution of training and team activities
  • Communication about training, events and news
  • Compliance with legal requirements (e.g. accounting)
  • Marketing if you have given consent
  • When necessary to fulfil an agreement with you (membership)
  • When we have legal obligations (e.g. accounting rules)

We store your data for as long as you are a member and for a period thereafter, cf. applicable rules (e.g. 5 years for accounting material). Information we only have on the basis of consent (e.g. images) will be deleted if you withdraw your consent.
